The difference between reflection and refraction is that when you look in a mirror light bounces off the mirror and goes to your eyes.refractio is mostly static electricity .
I completely forgot what the difference is, its been a couple of years since i learned that in 5th grade. (Its Stanley) Merry Christmas!!!!!!! Mrs. Carter!! ;)
